SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently I am only shipping within Canada and the United States. I offer flat rate shipping, regardless of how many items you buy or what size they are!

Due to the bulkiness of all of my products, everything must be shipped as a parcel within Canada, which is reflected in the shipping cost. All packages automatically come with tracking, which will be provided once shipped.

For U.S. shipping, you have the choice of untracked or tracked shipping by air.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns and exchanges must be made prior to shipping for non-local orders.

An exception may be made if an item is damaged upon arrival, but this will be on a case by case basis.

For local (within Kamloops) orders, returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days of purchase for unused toys.
